Popular Nigerian musician, Duncan Mighty has revealed he was in a ghastly car accident on his way to Uyo on the 2nd of January, 2022.
The singer had made a post on his Instagram page earlier, showing him on a hospital bed with doctors and nurses treating him, followed by another post made on the 5th of January, 2022 where he recounted his ordeal.
According to Duncan Mighty, the vehicle he was in had driven straight into the river after trying to avoid collision with a high-speed trailer that had lost its brake.
In his post, he thanked God for saving his life, as well as the youths of Akwa Ibom/Ogoni who rescued him and the others.
“God bless you all for your prayers, 2nd January on our way to Uyo our vehicle drove straight into the river after a trailer on a high speed failed break was the last thing I can remember. Next is seeing myself in a hospital. GOD MADE NO BE MAN MADE. To our rescuers Akwa Ibom/Ogoni youths GOD BLESS YOU MORE AND MORE I’ve been discharged and sound. Na today I get another second hand phone 📱 I say make I cassette the good news”
