Seyi Shay Attempts To Inspire With ‘Big Girl’ Video, But Not Satisfying (Watch)

Seyi Shay releases Big Girl video

Seyi Shay has dropped the flick for her ‘Big Girl’ track. The video earned instant acceptance from her loyalists and fans following its premiere.

The video for ‘Big Girl’, which was expected to celebrate women and inspire other women, falls short of its major theme that was the opening quotation of the visuals. Introducing the clip, Seyi Shay cited Tennis Champ, Serena Williams’ quotation about women supporting women.

“The success of every woman should be an inspiration to another. We should raise each other up. Be very courageous: be strong but kind, and above all be humble,” the quote read.

Seyi Shay takes us through many beautiful moments of her life in the video. She failed to address the quotation, instead she took viewers into her luxury and lavish lifestyle. Clips from her meetings with different celebrities and her performances at different events are some of the moments she showed her fans.

Aside from using the video to confirm her pregnancy rumour, the video totally misled her viewers asper the quotation she used in the beginning of the music video.

The video would have been perfected if she gave us insight into how she wants the moments to serve as inspiration for other women and how she keeps winning despite all odds without being arrogant.
