Shortly after the successful release of his 2022 debut track titled ‘Ibukun’, brilliant singer Samtee Gee has released a brand-new single dubbed ‘Ori Ade’.
‘Ori Ade’ by Samtee Gee is dedicated to the traditional rules for their contributions to the development of the country, especially their regions.
Samtee Gee, real name Oluwagbemiro Samuel Toluwalase, said the traditional rulers deserve to be given due respect because they have been coordinating the affairs of their people before the formation of the modern Nigeria, yet they didn’t stop supporting the government in taking the country to a greater height.
Samtee Gee voiced his admiration for the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III, the paramount ruler of the Yoruba kingdom. He also paid homage to the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ọjájá II, and Oba of Benin in Edo State, Oba Ewuare II.
The new song, ‘Ori Ade’, is a follow up to ‘Ibukun’, which was released about a month ago. On ‘Ibukun’, Samtee Gee spoke about the human quest for success and wealth. He also stressed on the importance of putting one’s trust in God while the hustle and bustle of life continues.
