Wizkid-Assisted Song, ‘One Dance’, By Drake Certified Six Times Platinum In The UK

Drake, Kyla and Wizkid

‘One Dance’, a song by Canadian rapper Drake featuring Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Wizkid and British singer Kyla, has been declared six times platinum in the United Kingdom.

BRIT Awards announced the certification status of the 2016 release on its official twitter account on Friday, March 25, 2022.

“One Dance” had reached number one in 15 countries, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It emerged Drake’s first number-one single in all the 15 countries as the lead artist.

Wizkid and Kyla co-wrote the dancehall and Afrobeats song with Drake, and co-produced by Nineteen85 and Noah “40” Shebib.
