Omah Lay Faces Fan’s Wrath After Claiming He’s The Best Songwriter

Omah Lay

Omah Lay bite more than he could chew when he boasted about his songwriting prowess on Twitter, a micro-blogging, social media platform.

The musician with multiple hit records faced two cents’ worth from his fan on the platform after tweeting on Saturday evening, March 26, 2022, that he is the best in songwriting.

“Hahaha! Nobody comes close to me with the pen,” Omah Lay wrote. Moments after sharing his opinion on Twitter, a fan begged to differ.

One of Omah Lay’s followers, Daniel Regha, constructively disagreed with the singer. He opined the singer was good, but not one of the best five songwriters in Nigeria.

“Omah Lay ur pen game is good, however u are not yet the best & even when it comes to fellow upcoming artistes like urself, u ain’t among the Top 5 most lyrically gifted right now.,” He shared.
