Popular Nigerian Fuji legend, K1 De Ultimate has revealed that he does not deprive himself of the wonderful things that allow him to live a happy life.
The 65-year-old Fuji icon credited taking good care of himself as one of the secrets to his boyish appearance.
He also hinted that even with his busy schedule, he makes sure he finds time to rest, eat when it is time to eat.
“The first thing any living soul can do for him or herself is to take cognizance of things around you.
“Even with many busiest schedules, I still find time to rest and I do not deny myself those things that make a good living.
“When it is time for me to eat, I don’t deny myself. I don’t pass judgment or give direction but there are a lot of drug users that don’t joke about eating and when you see them you won’t believe they are drug users.
“But when you lose your mind and you don’t take care of yourself, you look emaciated. I rest, work, and don’t do anything in excess.”
Also speaking about his woman, Emmanuella Ropo, K1 De Ultimate made it known that his woman pampers him very well and that he loves as every responsible man should.
“I also love as every responsible man should. When I am in the arms of my woman, she certainly pampers me.”
