Media personality, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, has thrown some questions at clergywoman, Funke Felix-Adejumo, over the recent death of popular gospel artiste, Osinachi Nwachukwu.
Mrs Funke has been speaking against domestic violence since reports claimed that late Osinachi died from injury she sustained after her husband who has over the years reportedly abused her, allegedly kicked her in the chest.
Commenting on Ms Adejumo’s page, Morayo said the whole story has left her confused as she wonders why God didn’t come to rescue Osinachi from her abusive husband. She wrote:
“Mummy Mummy, I have a question oooo. Why did God not come to her rescue? She was gifted, blessed and loved God. Why didn’t He answer her prayers towards her husband? She must have believed that God will make a way. Doesn’t God answer these kinds of prayers again? I’ve been very confused on this. Leaving was the solution but women of faith always believe that what God cannot do does not exist. So they hold on to God.”
Pastor Adejumo is yet to give a response as at the time of this post.
