After Tems played a vital role in making the song ‘Wait For U’ pleasing to the listening ears, Future boycotted the Nigerian singer, but starred Canadian rapper Drake in the music video.

With the creative path of the visuals for ‘Wait For U’, directed by Director X, Future could have accommodated Tems in the flick. It appears he preferred other interests like model Cece Rose, singer-songwriter Moxie Raia, producer ATL Jacob, rapper Strick, and comedian Trey Richards, omitting the top-notch African vocalist—Tems.

Future takes viewers back to the good old days in the video for ‘Wait For U’, off the recently released album, ‘I Never Liked You.’ In the video, Future takes the lead role of a ‘toxic king’ who rarely does enough for his lover, the queen.

Drake stars as a knight in shining armor who saves his heartthrob from captors. The chaotic video has elaborate sets and multiple sword battles. Watch it below.
