BREAKING: Headies Awards Organisers Announce New Date For 2022 Edition

Organisers of Nigeria’s most prestigious music award show, The Headies, have shifted the year 2022 edition of the event to another date.

The event, which was scheduled to hold on July 2, will now take place on Sunday, September 4, 2022, at the COBB Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta, USA.

“The 15th Headies is set to hold on Sunday, September 4th 2022. Are you ready for the global movement of Nigeria’s biggest and most prestigious music award?” The new date was announced during the 15th Headies hosting that heald today, Thursday, May 12.

Headies awards shows, in past years, had been in Lagos, Nigeria. However, the organisers decided to explore another location and have settled for the United States of America.
