‘Stand Strong’, a new music by Nigerian musician Davido, has amassed over one million streams on music streaming platform, Spotify.
This new feat comes after ‘Stand Strong’ made it up to the number one spot on the Apple Music Top 100 Global Song Chart and Top 100 Songs Chart in 15 other countries.
Davido features American Choir, The Samples, ‘Stand Strong.’ The Samples choir is known for co-leading Kanye West’s ‘Sunday Service.’
In the song, the musician made it known that no pleasure comes from pain, but God gathers his steps, and that is why he keeps standing strong despite the hatred he faces from people.
Speaking about the song, the DMW boss maintained that ‘Stand Strong’ is special to him. “This one is special to me. It’s different. The conception has been different. The mindset has been different,” he disclosed.
‘Stand Strong’ was released on May 13, 2022.
