Nigerian rapper, Falz dropped his latest body of work, his album ‘BAHD’ which he noted was intensely personal with a lot of tears and sweat.
The rapper released the highly anticipated project on Thursday, June 9, 2022 and it’s already doing the numbers, climbing the charts.
A few hours after its release, BAHD had already swooped to the second spot on the Top Albums chart of Apple Music.
Well, fans did not disappoint Falz’ call to run the numbers up as a few short hours later, BAHD dethroned Post Malone’s ‘Twelve Carat Toothache’ to snag the number one spot.
In other news, Singer Simi has addressed critics who accused her of paying Twitter influencers to hype her latest album To Be Honest (TBH).
The album which was released on June 1, was well received by fans who commended and hailed her.
Simi also became a trending topic after some critics claimed that she paid influencers to hype the album. The mother of one hilariously denied paying ‘that much people’ to influence her album, as she shut down the critics.
