Nigerian songstress Yemi Alade has begged actress Kate Henshaw for fitness tips following her weight gain.
The 33-year-old retweeted a workout video of the fitness lover on Twitter, asking the latter to teach her how to work out and stay fit.
In the video, Kate Henshaw who recently recalled how she missed a plane crash that killed everyone on board said:
“Discipline is the bridge between goals & accomplishment…No magic. No hocus pocus. Wishing for something doesn’t make it become a reality unless you put in the necessary effort to accomplish that wish”.
“Teach me,” Yemi Alade replied with crying emojis.
Kate Henshaw often posts videos of her work out sessions on social media.
In one of the videos, the 50-year-old shared tips for living a healthy life. She wrote:
“Sustainable movements done consistently will take you far..Drop all the fad diets, short cut ideas. You cannot commit to them for long.. I repeat you cannot commit to them for long. Quote me. A FIT lifestyle is a lifestyle of integrity… Show up.. Put in the work Rest well Eat right. Get your results.. Simple..No hidden charges.”
