Ruger has premiered the deluxe edition of his recent extended play (EP), ‘The Second Wave,’ as scheduled for today, Friday, June 17, 2022.
The seven-track EP contains three new songs, ‘Girlfriend,’ ‘We, We,’ and ‘Warning’, to spice up and push the body of work even further.
While announcing the release date for the upgraded material a couple of days ago, the 2022 Headies Awards Next Rated nominee expressed his love for his fans for their support since he debuted in the Nigerian Music Industry.
“RU NATION!!! First of all, I want to thank you all for the real support you’ve given me from the beginning,” Ruger began the appreciation message.
“It has been a very graceful journey and it wouldn’t have been this amazing without you guys streaming and pushing my songs personally. I love you all and God will bless you all for life,” he added.
The 22-year-old came into the limelight in mid-pandemic following the reception of his single, ‘Bounce,’ as well as his subsequent ‘Pandemic’ and ‘Second Wave’ EPs.
