Multiple award-winning Nigerian musician Wizkid has earned yet another gold certification in the United States of America through his collaborative effort on ‘Brown Skin Girl,’ a song by Beyonce.
Wizkid, who already has two gold certifications in the country, landed the third on Monday, August 8, 2022. The song, ‘Brown Skin Girl,’ features Wizkid, Saint Jhn, and Beyonce’s daughter, Blue Ivy.
Wizkid got her first two gold certifications in the US from his duet with Drake on ‘Come Closer,’ and his successful song with Tems, ‘Essence,’ which is now a platinum record in America.
‘Brown Skin Girl’ is off Beyonce’s ‘The Lion King’ album, which features different African artists, including Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Mr Eazi, Burna Boy, Yemi Alade, and Shatta Wale.
