Big Brother Naija reality star Vee, has revealed why she thinks she is ready to love again, months after a seemingly painful breaking up with fellow reality star Neo Akpofure.
The 26-year-old who said this in a twitter post wrote:
“Think I’m ready for love again.”
Reacting to the post, a tweep asked Vee:
“Genuinely asking how did you get there? Personally it’s been 4 years and I still feel I’m not there, it’s great and all when I think about it,I feel ready but when it comes to putting myself out there it never happens I convince myself not to.”
Vee revealing how she got to the point of believing she is ready to love again tweeted in response:
“I stopped fearing the things I don’t know. Whether my next relationship works or not, I’m gonna flex. I also stopped taking advice from certain people and started listening to myself.”
Recall Vee confirmed her breakup with Neo in an Instagram post on February 26.
They had both unfollowed each other on the photo sharing platform, Instagram which sparked breakup rumours, before Vee’s official announcement.
Born Victoria Adeleye, the reality TV star was born and raised in London but moved to Lagos shortly before she participated in the BBNaija season five edition.
