Nigerian musician Adekunle Gold has premiered the official music video for his boastful and proud single, ‘5 Star.’
The singer ushers in September with the pleasing and fantastic video for his applauded ‘5 Star’ track, produced by Kel-P, co-written by Adekunle Gold and Oladayo Olatunji.
‘5 Star’ video sees Adekunle Gold living a flourishing lifestyle from the cinema, poolside to an Owambe party. Rocking colourful outfits, the prodigious singer made a bold fashion statement with his choice of attire.
The father of one opened the track with a brief insight into what he went through in the 1990s, his struggles with health and life challenges that almost knocked him down.
He also reflected on his childhood, singing about growing up in the trenches neglected by the government because they do not rate those living there. He prayed for his people in the ghetto.
