Naija Star Search, a brand new Nigerian music reality television show, has kicked off today, Sunday, September 18, 2022, with veteran media personality VJ Adams as host.
Naija Star Search is a platform for promising Nigerian youths with exceptional talent to showcase themselves. The contestants will contend to earn a place among the final seven to be groomed by the Kennis Music label and given a platform to refine their raw talents and win the coveted N10m prize.
The 17 contestants for the debut edition of Naija Star Search will perform only Nigerian songs, starting with classics and contemporaries, before singing original songs composed by them.
Kenny Ogungbe, ID Cabasa, and Asha Gangali are the judges for the talent hunt.
