Wande Coal is better than everybody in the industry – Monalisa crooner, Lojay

Fast rising Nigerian singer, Lekan Osifeso Junior professionally known as Lojay has acknowledged the greatness of Afrobeats and R&B star, Wande Coal.

Lojay took to his official Twitter page and gave the ‘Baby Hello’ crooner his accolades by stating that he is better than every artiste in the industry.

The Monalisa hit maker stated that he confirmed the superiority of Wande Coal over other artistes with his own eyes on Friday, 9th December 2022. Lojay tweeted:

“Today I saw with my eyes that @wandecoal is actually better than everybody”

Still on accolades, Tiwa Savage’s ex-husband and Showbiz promoter Teebillz, has hailed singer D’banj as the GOAT of afrobeats following his detention and release by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

WITHIN NIGERIA on Wednesday reported that D’banj was detained by the ICPC for allegedly collaborating with some government officials to introduce ghost beneficiaries into the payroll of the N-Power scheme in order to divert funds.

The singer however regained his freedom on Friday afternoon, December 9, according to his attorney, Pelumi Olajengbesi.

Showing support for the singer, Teebillz shared D’banj’s photo on Instagram on Friday, saying he is one of the pioneers of Afrobeat. He wrote:

“Bonafide hustler! He’s the reason we all believed in Afrobeats and he solidified it internationally for THE WORLD to pay attention!! the reason everyone is benefiting from it today.

“You deserve royalties from afrobeats 4ever!!! We all moved back home bcos of you and you gave hope to kids from the ghetto! You defined hard work is greater than talent with your Mamba Mentality,.. celebrate you, just giving you your flowers while you’re alive to feel the respect and love that we have for you KING BANGER @iambangalee You’re beyond GOAT of Afrobeats! You’re one of the gods!”
