Popular Afrobeats singer, Femi Kuti has made a list of the places music took him to outside of Nigeria this year.
In an Instagram post, the 60-year-old singer announced that he would be performing at the Shrine this Friday, stating yet again that “there’s no place like home.”
Femi Kuti is one of Nigeria’s legendary names when it comes to music, being the son of the legendary Fela Anikulapo Kuti, making a name for himself in the music industry in Nigeria and all over the world, while also taking his son, Made Kuti on that journey with him.
This year alone, Femi Kuti has performed in Antipode Bretagne, Center Culturel Paul B Massy, Kaserne Basel Switzerland, Hollywood Bowl, Lyon, La Source Fontaine, Salle Le Bournot Aubenas, and many more.
However, the incredible singer has announced that he will be thrilling fans at the Shrine this Friday as a part of the family’s Christmas special.
It is reported that Femi Kuti will be performing on stage alongside Made Kuti.
