Nigerian Filmmaker, Austin Faani has listed unpopular reasons many marriages crash, to the amazement of some of his fans.
The filmmaker who is married to popular actress, Chacha Eke, took to his Instagram page minutes ago to enlighten his followers, especially married ones, on some ‘not so popular’ issues that could lead to divorce.
Austin Faani said many who are guilty of using phrases like ‘I am who I am’, ‘I can’t change’, ‘it’s because of my zodiac sign’, don’t know their ideologies could put their marriage in jeopardy. Stating that abuse is not the only factor that ends marriage, he wrote:
“Most people think sex abuse or abuse of any kind are the only major factors that end marriages. Wait till you see where spouse’s ideologies dey dance legwork. # Ndi “this is who I am” I’m Virgo, I am cancerously sagittarius. I am like this and like that.
…and ‘I can’t change’.”
While many agreed with his assessment, they also wondered what made him more active on social media. It’s not news that he has always shied away from social media while his wife, Chacha Eke took the front seat. See some reactions below:
