Made Kuti issues stern warning to Peter Okoye after getting dragged into brawl with uncle, Seun Kuti

26-year-old afrobeat singer, Made Kuti has issued a stern warning to Peter Okoye aka Mr P of P-Square after getting dragged into brawl with his uncle, Seun Kuti.

Seun Kuti and Peter Okoye have been hitting at each other on social media over presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi.

Their fight started when Seun described Peter Obi as an opportunist and Mr P, who is a staunch supporter of the former Anambra State governor didn’t take the statement lightly.

Going back and forth on social media turned into name calling and families being dragged into their exchange.

While Peter earlier dragged Fela Anikulapo-Kuti’s name into their brawl and Seun Kuti also hit back at him, the former went on to throw in the latter’s nephew, Made into the mix. Peter asked that Seun learns from Made because he is well guided and clean.

Peter Okoye wrote:

“Dude, I understand your frustration. But realize that the sky is big enough for all birds to fly.

@burnaboy and other great artistes have climbed on our great Fela’s ladder to blow.

Comport your self and pray to your god. My God has blessed my destiny & i’ll 4ever remain thankful.

I’ll surely keep you in my prayers. Learn from your nephew @Madekuti cos he is well guided and clean.”

Responding without mentioning Peter’s name, Made Kuti wrote:

“Good afternoon. Please do not use me as a tool to slight, insult or badmouth my Uncle. I’m not sure how we are perceived so I should clarify we stay united as a family and we intend on keeping it that way. Thank you.”
