Chrisland: What I and the school management discussed about Whitney Adeniran’s death – Mercy Johnson reveals

Outstanding Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson Okojie has reacted to the death of 12-year-old Whitney Adeniran, a student at Chrisland International School in Opebi, Lagos.

Recall that news about Whitney Adeniran mysteriously slumping and dying afterwards during the school’s inter-house sports spread like wildfire over the internet with netizens asking questions.

Mercy Johnson whose children also attend the same school, took to her Instagram page to reveal that she called the management of Chrisland International School and urged them to listen to the demands of Late Whitney’s mother by disclosing what led to the death of the young girl.

According to her, she is acting in response to the pleas of a mother who is experiencing immense grief and wants to know the cause of her child’s sudden death.

Sending her condolence to the deceased’s parents, Mercy Johnson averred that no parent deserves this while stating that they’re in her prayers.

In her words:

“I’m responding to the cries of a mother going through the worst pain ever. A mother who wants to know how her child died so suddenly. @bam.babycity

No parent deserves this, no one. Since I saw this heartbreaking video this morning, I’ve called to plead with the school @chrislandinsta to do as Whitney’s mum has cried for and release the full details of what happened to her daughter. We are all waiting.

My condolences to Whitney’s family. My prayers are with you.”
