Netizens have expressed their excitement as actress, Mercy Johnson shared a video of herself speaking a native language to campaign for her husband, Prince Okojie.
The mother of four is soliciting votes for her politician husband who is contesting for the House of Reps ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
Mercy Johnson-Okojie, who hails from Okene in Kogi State in the video shows that she is not just an actress but a bilingual queen.
However, while soliciting for votes and supports for her husband so as to emerge victorious, Mercy Johnson who understands, English, Yoruba, Igbo, Igala, Pidgin and others managed to get people talking in the video shared via her verified Instagram page today, February 18th, 2023.
In the video, Mercy Johnson effortlessly speaks the Esan Language, seeking for votes from the Esan people. Sharing the post Mercy Johnson wrote:
“My appeal to the women of agbazilo ,please support and vote my Husband, Prince Odianosen Okojie / @princeodiokojie for Reps……. The love has been massive because all he has been doing is evident . We appreciate it all. House of Representatives is the goal, Abuja Direct is the destination, Vote Prince Odi Okojie, APC candidate House of Representatives, Esan North-East/Esan South-East federal constituency 2023.”
