Big Brother Naija season 7 winner, Phyna has seemingly broken her silence amid claims that she slapped her ex-boyfriend, Groovy for betraying her.
Hours ago, her fans known as Phynation claimed their fave slapped Groovy because he went behind her back to make a deal which was meant to be for both of them.
During a Twitter space session, the fanbase narrated how a brand reached out to the ex-lovebirds to sign a deal as a couple with the signature name ‘Groophy’ but Groovy was said to have declined since they broke up.
It was however alleged that he returned to the company to pitch the idea of signing just him and this raised some heat when Phyna found out. She confronted Groovy after the discovery and in the course of a heated exchange, allegedly slapped him twice.
It was also reported that Groovy returned the slap and the chaos escalated into a more worrisome situation that those present decided to intervene.
Seemingly reacting to the ‘betrayal’, Phyna warned people to be careful of who they trust. In another post shared minutes ago, the reality start cum film actress stated that one should be the love they never received. She wrote:
“I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do, Be the love you never received.”
