Popular Nollywood actress, Lizzy Gold Onuwaje is currently receiving lashes from netizens over her condolence note to her colleague, Yul Edochie following the death of his son.
The news about Yul’s son’s death undoubtedly took netizens by storm. The 16-year-old was said to have slumped to his death while playing football at school.
In the face of this, several celebrities and other cybercitizens have sent their condolences to the Edochie family.
Lizzy Gold who followed the trend is however receiving backlashes from IG users over her condolence note.
The actress posted a photo of a candlelight while urging Yul Edochie to take heart.
A glance at the post shows that she tagged only Yul’s IG handle which became the bone of contention for netizens.

While social media users faulted and questioned her for only tagging Yul Edochie and ignoring his wife, May, a user insinuated that Lizzy Gold’s action was due to the fact that she’s friends with Judy Austin.
