Popular comedian, Akpororo has cleared the air after being dragged by netizens over his comment about Peter Obi.
Recall that cybernauts got enraged after a clip from the comedian’s show went viral. Akpororo in the video avowed that Peter Obi will be in court for 8 years; a statement that triggered humour among his audience.
Raging over the video, Nigerians trooped to the comedian’s page to terribly lambast him while calling for people to unfollow him massively.
In the face of this, Akpororo thought it wise to clear his name as he took to his Instagram page to share the full video from the event.
He stated that he was only berating the Nigerian system and corruption.
Akpororo in the video had argued that if anything was to be done to correct the anomalies in the presidential elections, it should have been immediately after the conclusion of the electoral processes and not swearing a person in as president and urging the dissatisfied party(ies) to seek redress in court.
