While enjoying a mother-daughter moment with her first child, Purity Okojie, the actress gave advice to prospective parents on the need to heal before having children.

She stated that if they don’t get healed, their children will have to go through the process of healing from having them as parents.

She observed how suffering changes people and causes them to lose trust, think more critically, and isolate themselves.

Posting the video on Instagram she wrote:

Heal before having kids, so your kids don’t have to heal from having you as a parent.

Pain changes people, it makes them trust less, overthink more and shut people out” she wrote.
