Nigerian crossdresser and social media personality, Bobrisky, has announced the cancellation of his upcoming 32nd birthday celebration as a mark of respect for his recently deceased father.

The controversial figure, known for his distinctive style and outspoken nature, revealed the news through an emotional post on his Instagram page.

The Lagos-based celebrity had initially planned to celebrate his 32nd birthday on the 31st of August in a lavish manner, as is often characteristic of his extravagant lifestyle.

However, with the sudden passing of his father a few days ago, Bobrisky has chosen to forgo his own celebration and instead focus on arranging his father’s funeral, which is scheduled to take place in 41 days.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Bobrisky shared his grief over the loss of his father, who had lived to the age of 78. He expressed the profound pain of losing a parent, regardless of their age, and mentioned that he had shed many tears over the heartbreaking news.

“Have canceled my birthday party. Instead, I will be doing my dad’s final burial in 41 days. He died at age 78 days. Have cried and cried I’m now tired. No matter how our parents are old you will never want them to go,” Bobrisky wrote.
