No be rape again – Yemi Adedayo slams Actress Timi Ogunde following attempted murder accusations

• Timi Ogunde has accused her Yemi Adebayo of trying to strangle her after leaving a movie set.
• The actress said she was offered a movie role and had to leave Lagos for Ibadan to shoot the movie after assurance of payment, feeding and accommodation.
• However, Timi said she chose to sleep in Yemi’s room after they left location and reportedly woke up to him trying to strangle her.

Movie director, Yemi Adedayo has reacted after being called out by budding actress Timi Ogunde for allegedly attempting to strangle her and reportedly scamming women online.

Timi said her encounter with Yemi began after she showed interest in a movie role he advertised online. She said upon getting to the hotel where cast of the movie were lodged, she decided to stay with Yemi since he was the only one she knew on set.

She said she woke up to see Yemi putting a pillow over her nose and a hand to her neck trying to strangle her. He allegedly stopped after she screamed. Timi added that Yemi blamed this on a nightmare.

She said she decided to speak up after seeing people call out Yemi for scamming them online.

Reacting to this, Yemi accused Timi of having an agenda and lying. He said Timi didn’t succeed at accusing him of rape and has turned to attempted murder.
He alleged that Timi decided to come on set after the night she claimed the incident happened. The movie director who revealed that he won’t be disclosing what made him ask Timi to leave his set, further warned her to stop tarnishing his image online.
