Nigerian singer Lil Frosh has taken legal action against socialite Yhemolee, filing a countersuit that demands N500 million in damages in response to alleged assault claims.

The dispute between the two public figures erupted when Lil Frosh claimed via his Instagram story that he had been physically assaulted by Yhemolee at a recent event.

Lil Frosh took to social media to share his side of the story, asserting that he had a recent altercation with Yhemolee, during which he was slapped.

In a subsequent post, the singer went further, holding Yhemolee responsible for any harm that may befall him, raising concerns about potential threats to his safety.

In response to Lil Frosh’s accusations, Yhemolee countered, revealing that he had been receiving multiple death threats from unknown individuals following the false assault claims made by the singer.

The actor maintained his innocence, categorically denying all charges brought against him by Lil Frosh.

To bolster his stance, Yhemolee released a statement from his lawyer, demanding N200 million in damages for the harm caused to his reputation.

Not one to back down, Lil Frosh has now escalated the legal battle by filing a counter lawsuit against Yhemolee.

The singer’s legal team released a statement demanding a substantial sum of N500 million in damages.

Lil Frosh, taking to his Instagram story, captioned the lawyer’s statement with a message.

“Here is my response to @yhemo_lee Demand letter. I refuse to be bullied to silence,” he wrote.
