Mohbad’s will: Read to understand, not reply – Do2dtun sides with singer’s father amid backlash
  • Do2dtun has cautioned Nigerians against jumping into conclusions without first patiently reading or listening.
  • The OAP pointed out how many who bashed Mohbad’s father did so because they simply read headlines from blogs, without actually taking time to listen to the interview where Joseph Aloba spoke.
  • Do2dtun said what Mohbad’s father meant was that his son couldn’t not have had a will as he suspects could play.

Media personality, Oladotun Kayode, better known as Do2dtun has taken to social media to defend Joseph Aloba, the father of late singer, Mohbad.

WITHIN NIGERIA reported that Mohbad’s father expressed doubts regarding his late son’s will, wondering how a 26-year-old could have created a thumb-printed will.

He expressed shock that his intelligent son could thumbprint a will rather than sign it.

Do2dtun wrote on his Instagram page that Nigerians tend to misjudge certain people because they are overly emotional and not objective enough.

He advised Nigerians not to interpret Joseph Aloba’s statements incorrectly, even if they don’t like Moh’s father or think he didn’t express his feelings clearly.

He warned Nigerians to read, watch, and comprehend instead of reading just headlines and listening to rumours.

Do2dtun explained that the singer’s father was suggesting that his son thought things were planned to take his property since he was too young to form a will.

Do2dtun also mentioned that the father of the late singer thinks there was foul play. He wrote:

“All Mohbad’s Dad was implying or trying to say is a young boy of that age didn’t write a will. He is too young to think that & for all the happenings he believes it was all orchestrated to take his property He suspects a foul play. Watch to understand not to comment.

“It might be medicine after death or before it. Let us try and understand a video for what it is and remember to comprehend before you comment. Nigerians we are too emotional rather than objective. You all might not like the father likewise or he might not know how to communicate his feelings properly but don’t misconstrue what he said. Don’t read headlines, follow hearsay, or read a few comments and join the bandwagon. Read to understand not reply… Iree o!.”

This comes after the management of late Mohbad broke their silence regarding a claim that was recently made by the singer’s father.

Joseph Aloba had claimed that he was shocked to discover that his son had a will, one that was thumb-printed and not appended with his signature, as expected.

Debunking the claims, Mohbad’s management stated that they aren’t aware of the existence of such will, adding that the singer’s autopsy report will be released in a couple of months.
