The rising star, nominated for Best African Music Performance at the 2024 Grammys for her chart-topping single “Rush,” shared her enthusiasm during an interview with Cool FM, hosted by the OAP, Do2dtun.
In the interview, Ayra Starr expressed her eagerness for the upcoming ceremony, scheduled for Sunday, February 4.
She revealed her readiness for the grand event, pointing out her meticulous preparations for the occasion.
When quizzed about her anticipated reaction to winning the coveted award, Ayra shared her plans.
She expressed her desire to celebrate by indulging in a feast at her favorite Chinese restaurant, followed by a heartfelt video call to her beloved mother.
