Tunde Ednut accused of bullying as Alex Iwobi deletes almost all IG posts amid intense post-match backlash

• Celebrity blogger, Tunde Ednut gets dragged over alleged bully of Super Eagles forward, Alex Iwobi.
• Tunde Ednut had shared a video of a man criticizing the footballer over the type of posts on his page, stating that it didn’t look like a footballer’s page but that of an ‘Azaman’.
• In a recent development, Iwobi yanked off all his IG posts leaving only one.
• Tunde Ednut subsequently posted the update which stirred backlash from netizens.

Self-acclaimed entertainer, Tunde Ednut get faulted and berated by netizens for promoting criticism against the famous footballer, Alex Iwobi.

Understandably, Alex Iwobi came under intense backlash due to his performance during the 2-1 defeat against Nigeria in the AFCON final against Cote d’Ivoire.

Iwobi whose performance was deemed poor, subsequently faced enormous criticism from Nigerians across various social media platforms.

In the face of this, Tunde Ednut reposted a video of a man mocking Iwobi while blasting him over the type of posts on his IG page which according to him, doesn’t represent that of a footballer.

The man went on to describe  Iwobi as an ‘Azaman’ instead.

Captioning the video, Tunde wrote:

“🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Please, let’s all forgive Iwobi please….”

A few moments after this, Alex Iwobi deleted almost all his IG posts, leaving only one.

This move also caught the attention of Ednut who reposted saying:

“As una don cuuuurse am for all him pictures, Iwobi has deleted all his pictures and videos leaving just one image on his page. It’s not fair what you guys are doing.”

Taking to the comment section, a lot of netizens tackled Tunde Ednut for being a major proponent of the criticism by reposting content that aimed at castigating him.
