Peruzzi reacts to viral tweet claiming Davido cut him off over alleged affair with Chioma

• The screenshot which emerged on X on Wednesday and was shared by many users, showed that Peruzzi made an implicating tweet about Davido and immediately deleted it.
• Peruzzi reposted the tweet and wrote, “Your own go bad gaannnnn.”

Nigerian singer, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi has finally broken his silence on the viral tweet that suggested Davido had cut him off due to an alleged affair with his wife, Chioma.

A screenshot that surfaced on X on Wednesday and was shared by several users revealed that Peruzzi sent an implicating tweet about Davido and had quickly deleted it.

The alleged tweet from Peruzzi says:

“We used to be so close but because you hear say I dey pipe your wife you start to give me attitude. I don leave your circle sha. Ungrateful n*gga like say if no write your songs you for blow.”

The screenshot was shared by user @belikebaddy on X with the following caption:

“You no go fold keh,” implying that Peruzzi sent the tweet before removing it.

Reposting the tweet, Peruzzi wrote:

“Your own go bad gaannnnn.”

The singer also implied in a subsequent tweet that the widely shared image had been altered.

“You sabi edit abi? You go edit for me wella. No worry,” he wrote.

Few months ago, Peruzzi opened up on why he had to secretly move out of Davido’s house after Chioma got pregnant .

According to Peruzzi, he was informed that Chioma would be coming over to live in the house and he believed it was only right for him to get his own place.

Peruzzi who was rumoured to be Ifeanyi’s father said he began to search for a house without telling anyone including his boss, Davido, about his plans.

However, he added that at a point, he had to tell Obama about his intention before subsequently opening up to Davido after he had secured a place. He said :

“When Chioma got pregnant I had to move out. When Ifeanyi was about to be born. When I was looking for the place I didn’t tell Davido. But they called me and said Chioma is coming.”
