The media personality offered his insights into his views on relationships in Nigeria compared to Ghana.

Reno Omokri, known for his outspoken opinions, delved into the differences he perceives between Southern Nigerian women and their Ghanaian counterparts.

According to Omokri, who claims to have firsthand experience in Ghana, Ghanaian women are generally easier to relate to compared to many Southern Nigerian women.

He asserts that the cultural dynamics in Ghana foster an environment where women are perceived as more approachable and easier to connect with emotionally.

Reno Omokri went on to assert that in Ghana and some other countries, women are capable of loving without expecting monetary compensation in return.

He contrasts this with the perception that, in Southern Nigeria, expressions of love often translate to financial expectations.

Furthermore, Omokri speculates on the impact of visa-free or visa-on-arrival access for Nigerians to more countries.

He suggests that if such access were granted, there might be a surge in unmarried women in Nigeria.

“If Nigeria had visa-free access to more countries, there would be an epidemic of unmarried women in Nigeria.

“Because when Southern Nigerian men travel within Africa and outside Africa and encounter beautiful women who are not money conscious, they quickly lose their appetite for Nigerian women.

”Already, Nigerian men are considered a catch by South African and Kenyan women.

“We urgently need a cultural reorientation amongst our women. Especially in Southern Nigeria.

“The monetisation of relationships in Southern Nigeria is just too suffocating. I am well-traveled, andhamsel to see the level of commercialisation of romance Kave seen in Southern Nigeria. I call it as I see it!”
