Popular Nigerian singer Daniel Benson aka Buju BNXN has now apologised following a misunderstanding with David ‘Davido’ Adeleke on social media.
Recall that the 26-year-old singer set the Nigerian social media space on fire after he started to throw jabs at Davido’s talent following a post made by one of the singer’s fans.
Buju’s attack on Davido was described as unwarranted and unprovoked by many netizens but the singer refused to back down and continued throwing shade at the DMW boss.
In a new development, Buju BNXN has now made a complete U-turn on the matter with his public apology to Davido.
The Gwagwalada crooner decided to show his remorse publicly after singer Dremo called him out for tackling the DMW boss. Buju then responded to Dremo’s post by penning down a simple apology message to Davido.
Dremo wrote:
“@BNXN that tweet was mad disrespectful bro, you can’t be tweeting like you don’t know fans will blowing shit out of proportion cos you clearly knew what you were doing, there are different ways to defend your artiste.”
BNXN simply wrote: “No yawa. I’m sorry.”
