Nigerian Dance-hall singer , Cynthia Morgan, who now goes by the name Madrina, has shared a compelling narrative about her journey in the music industry.

In a candid revelation that has since been removed from her Instagram story, Madrina opened up about her experience with sexual harassment in the music industry.

Cynthia Morgan declared that she has never been subjected to such harassment. She attributes this to her tomboyish demeanor and her assertive approach to dealing with people.

She expressed her distress over the reality of most Nigerian female singers and how it affects them striving for success in the music scene.

In her message, Cynthia Morgan extended her support to fellow artist Yemi Alade and others in the industry, encouraging them to remain strong. She conveyed her belief that divine intervention would guide them through the challenges they face.

In her words:

“When I tell people I never witnessed sexual harassment in the music industry they are always surprised. Firstly, in real life, I was a tomboy and secondly, I always use to threaten people on how I will import people from Benin to fuck everybody up. Them they fear me for that Lagos.

It’s just so sad how being feminine and wanting to be successful makes you a prey. I really pray for a better Nigeria/world.

In another story Cynthia Morgan tackles Nigerians dragging Mohbad’s dad over comment on late singer’s alleged will.

Recall that Joseph expressed his astonishment in a recent TVC interview, revealing his disbelief at the idea of Mohbad having a thumbprint will, especially when he himself, at 50, has no will.

Joseph Aloba went on to question why his 26-year-old graduate son opted for a thumbprint instead of a signature on his will. Alleging that Wunmi, along with her lawyer, orchestrated the thumbprint after the singer’s demise, Mohbad’s father raised eyebrows.

In response to the backlash over the interview, Cynthia Morgan questioned why anyone would doubt the credibility of the 56-year-old man’s statements about the alleged will.

She dismissed the statement from Mohbad’s management that discredited Joseph Aloba’s claims, labeling it as baseless.
