BNXN calls out Wizkid for hoarding collaborations with young artists

Nigerian singer Daniel Benson, popularly known as BNXN, addresses his Grammy-winning colleague, Wizkid, accusing him of holding back collaborations with emerging young artists.

BNXN expressed his observation, emphasizing that Wizkid consistently collaborates with young talents year after year, yet none of the resulting songs ever see the light of day beyond the studio walls.

Taking to his Snapchat page, he wrote:

“Every year, n*ggas post pictures and videos with Wiz [Wizkid] in the studio but the songs never ever comes out. Not even a leak lol. And for years too. Why?”

Wizkid had been spotted many times in the studio producing hits with, Teni, Blaqbonez, Shallipopi, Rema, Fireboy, Odumodublvck and Bella Shmurda, but they are yet to release any of the songs.

In another story, Ruger and BNXN surprise fans with reconciliation as they tease possible collaboration.

The reconciliation was teased through a photo shared by Ruger on the X platform and Instagram during what appears to be a music video shoot.

Ruger, who recently parted ways with his record label, Jonzing World, posted the picture of himself and BNXN, capturing the moment .

The unexpected announcement has sparked a wave of excitement among fans who have closely followed the two artists’ feud, which began in 2022.

At that time, an anonymous X user informed Ruger that BNXN had more hit songs than he did, leading to a public exchange of words and tension between the two Afrobeat sensations.

Despite their previous differences, the recent photo suggests that the artists have buried the hatchet and are exploring the possibility of working together.
