- Toolz stated that if she were the president people would have to apply for approval before opening podcasts.

On Air Personality, Tolu Oniru, better known as Toolz, has expressed that if given the chance to lead Nigeria, her desire is to implement a system where individuals must seek approval before starting their own podcasts.
In her recent episode of The ‘Off Air Show‘, the media personality shared her vision of making English proficiency and sanity tests mandatory for aspiring podcasters.
Toolz emphasized the need for a structured application process for those interested in starting their own podcast.
“If I was ever to become President, you will have to apply to do a podcast. You will have to write an English proficiency test and also do a sanity test” she said.
With the podcast culture gaining popularity in Nigeria, she highlighted the controversies stirred by some hosts and guests through their provocative statements on social media.
As a result, calls for censorship on podcasts have emerged from certain circles within the online community.
In another story, Toolz gives her opinion on polygamy, stating that Polygamous Families Rarely Produce Undamaged Children.
Toolz implied that the system of Polygamy is toxic to children because of her experience growing up and the Direct Messages she got on social media.
She stated, “Got lots of DMs about this…so we are plenty? should we start a support group lol?”
“I’ve realised that a lot of things about me that I want to change are due to things I experienced as a child particularly coming from a polygamous family.”
“Polygamous families rarely produce undamaged children (in my opinion),” Toolz added.
Polygamy is the practice of marrying multiple spouses, a man is married to more than one wife at the same time.
