Gate Climbing: Portable borrows inspiration from recent ordeal with police, drops new song ‘Spider-man’

• Inspired by his recent ordeal with the police Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, has released a new song.
• On May 14th, the Lagos State Police Command apprehended him for failing to settle a debt from buying a G-Wagon.
• Portable has now dropped a single titled “Spider-Man,” relating to his attempt to escape arrest.

Following his arrest, Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, has dropped a new track.

Recall that on Tuesday,14th May, the Lagos State Police Command apprehended him for failing to settle a debt stemming from his purchase of a G-Wagon from a local car dealer.

According to reports, Portable had only paid N13 million of the N27 million vehicle price, citing alleged mechanical faults as grounds for withholding the remaining N14 million.

Subsequently, the car dealer reported the issue to the police, resulting in Portable’s arrest.

Now, in response to his recent ordeal, Portable has dropped a new single titled “Spider-Man,” which presumably narrates his arrest experience.

Portable earned the name ‘Spider-Man’ from Nigerians after a video of him scaling a gate to evade arrest circulated online, sparking a buzz online.

Leveraging on the trend, the ‘Zazu Zeh‘ crooner has dropped a jam relating to this.

Notifying the public on his new song, he wrote:
