Nollywood actor, John Paul Obumneme Odonwodo, popularly known as Junior Pope, was buried on May 17, 2024, in Enugu.

A Thanksgiving mass was subsequently held after the funeral.

A recently surfaced video shows the late Junior Pope’s mother with his wife, Jennifer Awele, and their three sons donned in their respective attires for the Thanksgiving service.

Despite rumours of Junior Pope and his wife having marital issues, leading to an omission from his initial burial poster, the new video presented a different narrative.

Junior Pope’s mother, dressed in black alongside a headgear, was seen with Jennifer, who wore a plain white dress and headscarf, and her three sons.
