The ageless filmmaker is seen in the video wearing sunglasses while driving and enjoying the song off the music sensation’s latest album The Year I Turned 21.

Ayra Starr’s latest album released on May 30 follows the success of her 2021 debut project 19 & Dangerous.

It is a 15-track album featuring collaborations with Asake, Giveon, Coco Jones, Anitta, Rvssian and Rauw Alejandro on tracks like ‘Goodbye (Warm Up),’ ‘Last Heartbreak Song,’ ‘Woman Commando’ and ‘Santa’ respectively. The album also includes the previously released ‘Commas’ and ‘Bad Vibes’.

Ayra Starr’s sophomore album also has songs titled ‘Birds Sing Of Money’ and ‘Control’ among others.

Meanwhile, the Grammy-nominated Nigerian singer and songwriter opened up on her struggle with writer’s block and how it affected her.

Ayra Starr said she couldn’t write songs for about six months until she received the demo of her song ’21’ off her new album, ‘The Year I Turned 21,’ from a friend as a birthday present which opened her mind.
