Nollywood actress, Esther Nwachukwu has publicly criticized her colleague, Frederick Leonard, for his apparent lack of support and condolence following the passing of their colleague, Junior Pope.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, Esther expressed her disappointment and hurt over Frederick’s absence from Junior Pope’s funeral and his failure to publicly mourn or offer sympathy to the deceased’s family.

Esther highlighted the fact that Junior Pope and his wife had attended Frederick’s wedding to Peggy Ovire in 2022, demonstrating their support and friendship.

However, Frederick did not reciprocate this kindness when Junior Pope passed away. Esther accused Frederick of jealousy, suggesting that he felt threatened by Junior Pope’s success and talent.

In her words:

“I am calling out Frederick Leonard. I want to know when Junior Pope was alive, he and his wife attended Frederick Leonard’s wedding with happiness. Now, Junior Pope is dead, Frederick didn’t attend his burial, nor did he sympathise with his family or post.

You see, Frederick Leonard isn’t who you all really think he is. That guy’s mind is filled with jealousy. As they saw that Junior Pope was outshining them, jealousy set in.”

Esther Nwachukwu questioned Jennifer’s decision to take on work outside her home so soon after her husband’s passing.

She affirmed that Jennifer should focus on mourning her husband for a significant period, rather than engaging in business activities or socializing. Esther mentioned that Jennifer’s financial needs are already met due to contributions from supporters, implying that she does not need to work for financial reasons.
