Godswill Akpabio breaks silence over trending allegations of having multiple side chics

• Godswill Akpabio revealed that contrary to the reports, he has only one wife and has no interest in any side chic.

• Godswill Akpabio also apologized  to Senator Natasha over his statement if she was offended by it.

Nigeria’s Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, has responded to the allegations circulating about him having multiple side chics.

The controversy started when a popular blogger, Gistlover, named several women, including Nancy Isime, Hilda Baci, Wanneka, Ini Edo, and Dakore Egbuson, as alleged side chics of the Senate President.

Akpabio referenced a previous conversation with Senator Natasha Akpoti, which he believes was misinterpreted and led to an online uproar.

He stated that his wife received an influx of calls and messages as a result.

Expressing his interest in the attention Nigerians have shown towards Senate affairs, Akpabio expressed surprise at the public’s interest in the matter and clarified that he is happily married to one wife and has no interest in any other woman.

The Senate President also extended an apology to Senator Natasha if his previous statement had caused any offense to her.

After being called out as one of Akpabio’s side chick by Gistlover, Dakore Akande calls out blog, offers N5m for evidence

Dakore took to her Instagram page to express her anger and disappointment.

In a video, the actress debunked the rumors, emphasizing her status as a happily married woman with two children.

In her words:

“I’ve not been online. I started getting calls and text messages this morning alerting me to a very wicked lie from the pit of hell and I must say I am very disappointed, I’m very shocked, I’m appalled and I want to categorically state that I’ve never ever in my life met the senate president, I have not had any cause to see him or to be in the same room with him, not to talk of being one of his side chicks. Hello, I’m married, happily married, I have two beautiful children, I have always been above board in my dealings with anyone and for a jobless wicked blogger to put my name amongst women who have been with this man is totally wicked and totally unfounded!..
