Motiirayo welcomes first child

Nigerian actress cum media personality Morayo Oluwaseun Praise, better known as Motiirayo has welcomed her first child.

Taking to her Instagram page to share the good news, the new mother posted her maternity photos, adorned in a fitted white gown and cuddling her huge bump.

Motiirayo thanked God, adding that she is in awe of His wonders in her life. The actress asserted that she has also been given a new name. In her words:

“Nitori Pe Oluwa Fun mi ni Oruko Titun
(Because GOD gave me a name)

GOD: Morayo, When You Are Tired Of Helping Yourself, Talk To Me, And I Will Take Over, And You Will Be Called By A New Name.

Her colleagues flooded her comment section with congratulatory messages.

Actress Adediwura Gold revealed Motiirayo’s child is a boy, stating that he is her god-son. Sharing a video of the new mum while pregnant, she wrote:

Motiirayo joins the list of celebrities becoming first-time parents this year.

Late on November 31, comedienne and actress Wofai Fada and her husband, Taiwo Cole announced the birth of their first child, a baby girl.

Taking to her Instagram page to share photos of the newborn, Wofai stated that they are forever grateful to God for their precious gift as their joy is complete.

On November 18, Dayo Amusa welcomed her first child, a baby boy, which she christened Oluwafirewamiri.

Actress Chioma Chijioke on November 13 shared that she welcomed a baby boy. She described her newborn as her answered prayers.

On October 8, actress Sotayo Gaga welcomed her first child, a baby girl.

Filmmaker Chinney Love also welcomed a baby girl in October. Sharing maternity photos, she expressed gratitude to God and revealed her daughter’s name.
