American rapper Dominique Armani Jones, popularly known a Lil Baby, has shared his thoughts on marriage and relationships.
In a podcast interview, the 28-year-old artist expressed his reservations about entering into a legally recognized marriage.
Lil Baby explained that he is open to committed relationships and cohabitation, but is hesitant to formalize his partnerships through legal marriage.
He acknowledged that his views on marriage may evolve as he gets older.
Lil Baby also discussed the concept of prenuptial agreements and the financial implications of divorce.
He emphasized that even without a prenuptial agreement, there are still ways for partners to protect their financial interests in the event of a separation.
“Prenuptial doesn’t mean that you can marry a woman and she won’t get anything after divorce. There are ways for her to get something regardless.
“I will give a girl a $10M ring, a $10M wedding, but no paperwork [legal marriage].
“I would vow ’till death do us part,’ we get married but no paperwork. And that could change when I get older,” he said in a recent podcast interview.
