In the video, he shared his struggles and expressed his disappointment at being unable to reconnect with his alleged brother. He stated that he has tried to reach out to Verydarkman multiple times, but his messages have been met with silence.

However, Verydarkman denied the claim, taking to his Instagram page to set the record straight.

He affirmed that the young man’s assertions were false and that he has no familial ties to him. Verydarkman stated that his actual brother is Mark Vincent Otse, and warned his followers against showing sympathy to the man.

The man alleged that Burna Boy has never provided financial assistance to his family, despite his immense wealth and success in the music industry. He claimed that the only person who occasionally provides for them is Burna Boy’s mother/manager, Bose Ogulu.

The man’s outburst comes on the heels of Burna Boy’s recent gesture of giving N50 million to Bethel, a man who claims to be Cubana Chiefpriest’s brother. This move was seen as a bold statement in the ongoing feud between Burna Boy and Cubana Chiefpriest.

However, the young man’s video has raised questions about Burna Boy’s priorities and his treatment of his own family members.

In the video, the man recounted how he had approached Burna Boy for financial assistance, to support him with money to establish a business, but was rebuffed. He claimed that Burna Boy told him to “hustle” and make his own money as he is a man.
