A throwback video of embattled gospel singer, Oluwatimileyin Ajayi is currently circulating online in light of his horrific scandal.

On Monday, 13th Jan 2025, news about Ajayi being apprehended in Agwan Sarki, Orozo—a boundary area between Nasarawa State and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in possession of his girlfriend’s head went viral.

Security agents, acting on the information, were said to have stormed the uncompleted building where the suspect had reportedly beheaded the lady.

The video showed community members interrogating the Ajayi, who shockingly confessed to the crime during the recorded exchange.

In light of this, Nigerians have unearthed an old video of Oluwatimileyin Ajayi dishing out words of encouragement.

In the clip, Ajayi urged people to do away with the idea that village people can hinder or stop a person’s growth. He maintained that the only person that determines if one succeeds or not is the individual himself.

He further implored people to keep moving forward and breaking new grounds despite challenges that may emerge.
