Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham-Ajeyemi has revealed her intention towards her colleague, Iyabo Ojo’s daughter’s wedding.
It’s not news that Priscilla and singer Juma Jux who got married in an Islamic wedding in Tanzania will be waking down the aisle in other ceremonies in Lagos, Nigeria.
Toyin Abraham disclosed her plans to behave like a typical African friend to the mother of the bride. According to the Alakada Bad and Boujee star, she would wear slippers and perambulate in the event hall looking for nothing in particular.
She added that at intervals, she would be whispering in Iyabo’s ears and act like the celebrant can’t do without her.
Toyin added that she would ask each guest if they had eaten, including the ones she did not wish to give food to.
She wrote on Instagram:
“I can’t wait for JP25 wedding in nigeria, I will wear slippers and be walking up and down the hall looking for what is not loss and I will be talking in aunty iyabo’s ear like every minute so that everyone will think she can’t do without me and na me know her pass sharon n layole, I will be walking in a hurry and asking everyone if they have eaten including people I don’t even want to give food 😛 😂 😂.”
Priscilla’s traditional wedding in Nigeria is expected to have the crème de la crème in society at the party. Iyabo Ojo who is known to turn up at her colleagues and friends’ events will not be shocked when many pay her the same courtesy. Many fans have noted that it was time for the 47-year-old actress’ friends to replicate her gesture.
Reacting to the post, actress Regina Chukwu exposed Toyin Abraham of doing something similar at Iyabo Ojo’s mother’s funeral. Disclosing that she won’t put it past her, Regina stated that she was shocked, particularly when Abraham shared fresh pepper as souvenir.
