Rapper Blaqbonez has finally responded to fans worried about his noticeable weight loss. He tried to put their mind at rest that it’s not that deep.
After posting some new photos on X (formerly Twitter), a concerned fan bluntly commented, “You’re dying bro.”
Blaqbonez didn’t let it slide. He swiftly responded:
“My problem is I only like Nigerian food. So whenever I leave the country, I struggle to eat.”
The ‘Go Crazy’ rapper revealed he’s been abroad for almost two months, wrapping up work on his upcoming album, and the lack of his favorite local dishes has taken a toll on his appetite and his body.
Assuring fans that it’s all temporary, he continued:
“I’ve barely been eating… but I want to give you guys the best album experience ever. I’ll add some weight soon. No excuses.”
In other news, Nollywood actress Bose Alao has opened up about her deeply personal struggles, from being a teenage bride to battling domestic violence, years of separation, and eventually becoming a “side chick” to her own husband. In a sit-down interview with Biola Bayo on Talk To B, the actress held nothing back.
According to Bose, she got married way too young at 22 or 23 and didn’t really understand what marriage meant. Then came the domestic violence. She admitted she used to excuse it, thinking it was normal.
Following a 2018 incident, they separated for about three to four years. She lived alone with their four kids, worked hard to stay afloat, and focused on healing.
But while she was trying to get her life together, her husband started dating another woman who ended up moving into their street. The woman made her life a living hell.
Despite everything, he kept coming around to see the kids… and eventually started sleeping over again, which turned into chaos with the other woman screaming and calling family meetings.
Fast forward to around 2022 or 2023, they got back together. Bose says they still argue, but the physical abuse has stopped. That alone, she says, is progress.
